1. Right of withdrawal
Upon delivery of the Goods, you will promptly examine them. If any of the goods ordered have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly shipped or are defective through faulty material or factory workmanship. You must notify us by writing to us through email at contact@lassola.co.uk within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant goods.
Please Note: You will be deemed to have accepted such Goods if you fail to notify us within such period.
2. Return & exchange conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable. Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
3. General Return Process
Initiate a return:
Please email us at contact@lassola.co.uk with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number.
Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days. Ship the item back:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
4. Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems with products), we will provide a full refund for you;
The buyer should pay the freight if the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/ unwanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size).
A 10% restocking fee will be charged if you return for the following reasons: don’t want/need/like it, ordered the wrong product/size.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund the full amount of your money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
6. Refunds
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we’d process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
If you paid using PayPal or Apple Pay, we’d process a refund to your PayPal account or your Apple Pay account originally used to place and pay for the order once we receive your return. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
7. Please Note:
The pictures of color-difference products may be different from the actual color under the influence of light, color temperature, and display parameters. Please take the real object as the standard. Thanks for your comprehension.
Curtain
We would like to remind you that if you encounter any problems, please review our return policy first and work with us to find a possible solution rather than hastily initiating an order dispute.
We strongly recommend that you read the necessary information and carefully ensure that the customized curtains will meet your needs.
We sincerely hope that you will order a sample brochure or sample before ordering custom draperies to ensure that the texture and color meet your expectations.
1. Customized curtain
For customized curtains, Roman shades and blinds, we usually do not accept returns.
Drapes and shades are made to measure and we will not accept returns if the product matches your original order details.
2. Not Returnable
Fabric swatches and sample brochures are not returnable
The following conditions do not qualify for return for Ready-Made or Made-to-Order drapes, blinds and shades

-Product appearance differed from expectations based on the image.

2. Items do not fit properly but were made accurately:

-Items are the correct size as ordered but do not fit as expected.

3. Drapes are too heavy:

-Drapes are heavier than expected.

4. Not the color you wanted:

- The color received does not match the desired color.

5. Change of mind / No longer wants it:

- Customer has had a change of heart and no longer wants the item.

6. Not the quality you wanted:

- The quality of the item does not meet expectations.

7. Ordered the wrong item by mistake:

- The wrong item was ordered accidentally.

8. Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable:

- The size received is outside the industry tolerance of +/- 1 inch.

9. Order came later than expected:
-
- The order arrived after the expected delivery date.

10. Item was ordered by mistake:

- The item was mistakenly ordered.

11. Incorrect measurement:

- Measurements provided were incorrect.

12. Color variation due to fabric dye lot that naturally occurs (reasonable color differences are allowed between the sample booklets and the finished drapery):

- Color variation is within the acceptable range due to natural dye lot differences.

13. Color variation due to adding a liner (compare lined drapes vs. unlined):
-
- Color variation is due to the addition of a liner, resulting in a difference between lined and unlined drapes.

14. Color variation due to adding different liners to the same color curtain:

- Color variation is due to different liners being added to curtains of the same color.

15. Shading rate is not expected:
-
- The shading rate differs from expectations.
4.Return Time Limit
Returns must be requested and handled within 30 days of receipt for them to be considered reasonable; any overdue requests may be rejected. We encourage you to inspect the products promptly upon receipt.
5.Return shipping fees
Depending on the reason for return, once your return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the products cost when we receive the returns.
Refunded products cost = Order amount - (Handling + Packing +Shipping Fee), that account for 10% of order amount. Finally you get refund amount, 90% of order amount.
6.Refund Limit
Once returned items were received, we will inspect to ensure in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). If you meet our return criteria and provide the above-mentioned product defect photos and shipping label, then we will provide a refund for the full cost of your purchase of this order immediately after we receive and confirm the return package, which will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 days.

We don't offer refund to lost packages but we will send the replacement instead.
7.Exchange
For damaged or broken items, we accept exchange only.
Please cantact us via email: contact@lassola.co.uk at once within 3 days of receipt, and keep all the packaging (outer and inner packaging) and provide us with the photos of the packaging and products to apply for an exchange. We will arrange an exchange for you after confirmation.
8.Alterations
Normally, we don't accept alterations after you receiving the orders, so please pay addtional attention to your measurement and size decision-making.
9.Refund
Once you send back returned products, please email at contact@lassola.co.uk to advise us with trackable tracking number, we shall handle refund after inspection within 3-5 days upon receipt. Refunded amount will be back to you original payment method card, and it normally need 3-7 days to reflect on your credit card.
Oil Painting
Please note that our oil paintings are custom-made and hand-painted according to your specific requirements. Given the personalized nature of these artworks, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Each painting is uniquely crafted by our skilled artists, making it a special product designed exclusively for you. We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final once the order is placed. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please reach out to us before finalizing your order.
