Curtain Care
Cleaning Instructions:
We recommend dry cleaning only for your velvet curtains to maintain their best condition. Machine washing or hand washing is not recommended in order to protect the integrity and appearance of the fabric.
For localized stains, it is advised to spot clean with a damp cloth.However, ensure you conduct a test in a less visible area of the curtain before treating the stain on the main area.
Maintenance:

For pleated curtains, the panel width is the width that pleats are already set. 2X fabric usage in default to create pleats and folds. And panel width is from the left pleat end to the right pleat end, instead of the left curtain side hem to the right curtain side hem.
Should I consider how much fullness is for the pleated header style?
For pleats are permanently sewn to make, we normally make them in 200% fullness. For example, if rod or track length is 254 cm, you may order 2 panels each 127 cm width for pinch pleated, tailor pleated header style.
What is stacking width?
Normally stacking width accounts for 20% of the ordered width. So we would like to remind you that if you want the window opening to show completely when the drapery is opened, please make sure to consider stacking width when you decide on rod length.
Should I purchase pin hooks for the pleated style?
The order comes with plastic adjustable pin hooks (for pinch pleat) and metal hooks (for tailor pleat). Plastic adjustable pin hooks allow you to adjust curtain length within 7.6 cm. You still need to purchase rod rings separately.
Are there instructions for the number of pleats for pleated curtains?
Pleats pin hooks quantity: 10 pleats for 130 cm width; 13 pleats for 180 cm width; 15 pleats for 215 cm width; 19 pleats for 254 cm width; 21 pleats for 280 cm width, 23 pleats for 305 cm width, 27 for 380 cm width. The width and space of the pleats may vary slightly depending on your track or pole length.
